Well... this one was just weird and a challenge. I don't know quite how to put this.
Jynx's final evolution? Decided to make this into an ice queen type Pokemon. It's hard to make something ugly... LESS UGLY while keeping those traits... that make it ugly. You guys can figure out a name... This is essentially the ice/psychic counterpart to Gardevoir the White Queen, and >insert name here< is the Dark Queen.
EDIT: Name will be FROSQUENE
