Alpeh Nought. He was an elite trainer as well as a brilliant scientist. He left the world of professional pokemon battling in order to join team rocket for opportunities normal scientists and trainers could never be offered. He quickly ascended to the high ranks of team rocket and became an outlaw.

However, he was also a scientist that took part in the "Mewtwo" project. After the incident with mewtwo, all of the scientists but Aleph were killed. Aleph left Team rocket for his own reasons, but seeing as how he was the only scientist who knew anything about mewtwo, he was to be captured and have data extracted from him. However, none that faced him were ever able to defeat him.

Aleph is now an outlaw, running from Team rocket, as well as the law. The pokemon he has are special engineered pokemon he created himself from fusing and experimenting on his own as well other pokemon that he captured.

The secret about him is, all of his pokemon are to him, his children, because bits of his DNA had been scrambled into their genetic coding when they were created. This was no exception for Mewtwo, a pokemon he himself is the father to. He now searches for Mewtwo, in his attempts to accept Mewtwo into his family of genetically engineered pokemon.
